We got some vinyl to reupholster the bench cushion over the live well on the boat. (For you non-boaters/fishermen, that is where you put the fish you catch and keep to make sure they stay fresh until you get them home. It is filled with water). I opted not to sew it in pieces and put cording around the sides and front, as it seemed like an awful lot of work and I was leery of screwing it up. It took some doing to get it stapled to the board, but we managed it and it looks pretty good. The next job was the seat of the captain's chair. We still had the cording for this seat and half of the seat was still good. I was so scared, but figured out the best way to sew it and when it was done, I was very pleased with the result. We are going to tape the back of the seat as it is ripped.
The live well cushion on it's spot.
Guess we forgot to take a picture of the captain's chair. Oh well, it does look good!
We had to go to Sandra for some sewing on one of the straps Dale had to replace.
